Hubbard Hall Renovation

At a century old, Hubbard Hall is home to over 200 competing rowers, a program five times the original size. Given its age and growth pressures, the historic building required stabilization and modernization to accommodate present and future needs.

Marshall Craft provided phase one design and construction phase consulting for the design/build restoration of the building, including repairing and expanding the existing wharf and floating docks. Marshall Craft conducted initial feasibility, engineering, and cost studies as well as programming, schematic design, and scope definition for this comprehensive $18 million modernization project.

The completed facility is now considered one of the finest collegiate rowing centers in the country. It continues a tradition of proudly supporting the success of the United States Naval Academy Rowing Teams.
