Paul has over four decades of experience in the practice of architecture with a broad range of project types including commercial, institutional, and residential design. An accomplished architect, Paul also possesses substantial practice and project leadership as well as quality management experience. In addition to his role as Marshall Craft’s President, Paul leads the firm’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and contributes to the development of documentation standards.

Paul is highly respected among his clients and peers, who regard him as a consummate design professional, a thoughtful and effective leader, and an excellent communicator. Paul’s work has received many design awards from organizations such as AIA Maryland, AIA Baltimore, AIA Colorado, International Interior Design Association, Maryland American Society of Interior Designers, Baltimore Heritage, Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Colorado’s Best, Aspen Historic Preservation Commission, Wood Organization of Denver, National Association of Remodeling, and National Capital Planning Commission.
